Shipping policy
We aim to deliver your orders safely, efficiently, and within the promised time frame.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification before processing
2. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We use trusted courier services across Pakistan including TCS, Leopards Courier, Call Courier, and other reliable logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
3. SHIPPING TIME
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location
- Delivery time may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen delays
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your parcel.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on orders of Rs. 4000 and above anywhere in Pakistan
- Orders below Rs. 4000 will have standard shipping charges applied at checkout
- Any paid shipping charges are non-refundable
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & ISSUES
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailability
Our team will contact you to resolve the issue. In some cases, the order may be returned or cancelled if delivery is not possible.
7. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.
