Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. RETURNS

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • With the original invoice

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items from online exclusive or sale collections
  • Products that are worn, damaged, or altered
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice

3. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.

If you need a different size or style, please return the eligible item first and place a new order separately.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Order is cancelled before dispatch
  • Item is out of stock
  • Order cannot be delivered

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service
  • We are not responsible for lost return parcels
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
